چکیده
Reducing agricultural losses is an effective way to sustainably increase output efficiency meet our present and future needs for food, fiber, fodder, fuel. Our ever-improving understanding of the ways in which plants respond stress, biotic abiotic, has led development innovative sensing technologies detecting crop stresses/stressors deploying efficient measures. This article aims current state methodologies applied field agriculture towards detection stress crops. Key plant pathogen (or phytopathogen), as well herbivorous insects/pests are presented, where working principles described, key recent works discussed. The methods overviewed phytopathogen-related identification include nucleic acid-based methods, immunological imaging-based techniques, spectroscopic phytohormone biosensing monitoring volatiles, active remote technologies. Whereas pest-related techniques machine-vision-based pest acoustic-emission sensors, volatile organic compound-based methods. Additionally, Comparisons have been made between different recently reported works, strengths limitations identified. Finally, prospective directions crops

15 صفحه اولpassivity in waiting for godot and endgame: a psychoanalytic reading
this study intends to investigate samuel beckett’s waiting for godot and endgame under the lacanian psychoanalysis. it begins by explaining the most important concepts of lacanian psychoanalysis. the beckettian characters are studied regarding their state of unconscious, and not the state of consciousness as is common in most beckett studies. according to lacan, language plays the sole role in ...
4 Respiration in Plants Interacting with Pathogens, Pests and Parasitic Plants
Growth and maintenance of plant cells require three basic metabolic ingredients: energy, in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), reducing power, usually in the form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP; in reduced form, NADPH), and precursor molecules. In a photosynthetic cell in the light, these requirements are met by photosynthesis, while in non-photosynthetic cells, the...
متن کاملINVITED REVIEW Ubiquitin, Hormones and Biotic Stress in Plants
†Background The covalent attachment of ubiquitin to a substrate protein changes its fate. Notably, proteins typically tagged with a lysine48-linked polyubiquitin chain become substrates for degradation by the 26S proteasome. In recent years many experiments have been performed to characterize the proteins involved in the ubiquitylation process and to identify their substrates, in order to under...
متن کاملAbiotic and Biotic Stress Response Crosstalk in Plants
In the course of its evolution, plants have developed mechanisms to cope with and adapt to different types of abiotic and biotic stress imposed by the frequently adverse environment. The biology of a cell or cells in tissues is so complicated that with any given stimulus from the environment, multiple pathways of cellular signaling that have complex interactions or crosstalk are activated; thes...
